The protection of your personal data is of particular concern to us. We therefore process your data exclusively on the basis of the statutory provisions (GDPR, Austrian Telecommunications Act 2003). In this privacy information we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing on our website.
If you contact us by email, the data you provide will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the enquiry and in case of follow-up questions. We do not pass on this data without your consent.
You are generally entitled to the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, withdrawal and objection. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or that your data protection rights have otherwise been infringed, you can lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC (“Google”). Google Analytics uses so-called “cookies”, text files that are stored on your computer and enable an analysis of the use of the website. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there.
Google Analytics is only loaded once you have agreed in the cookie banner. You can change your choice on the home page via the “Cookie settings” link in the footer.
We use the Mailchimp service to send newsletters and information. We store the email address you enter for the purpose of further contact. Your data is used exclusively for sending emails and is not passed on to third parties. Mailchimp stores the data in the USA and is certified under the EU-US data protection agreement.

For booking appointments we use our own booking system, which we operate ourselves. When you make an appointment, we store your name, your email address, optionally your phone number and your details on the topic in order to carry out the appointment.
The appointment is entered in our calendar at Microsoft 365. We send confirmations and reminders by email via Microsoft 365 or the Resend service.
For the live chat we use the Tawk.to service of tawk.to inc. The chat is only loaded once you have agreed in the cookie banner. Cookies are set, and the data you enter in the chat as well as technical data such as your IP address are transmitted to Tawk.to and also processed on servers in the USA.
