Talks and workshops

Talks, workshops and seminars on artificial intelligence, leadership, agile working and connected cars. I tailor topic, format and length to your audience and your occasion, in German or English.

Topics

Every talk is created for your group. These are the topics I bring from my work.

AI in the world of work

Generative AI in HR and at work, based on the guest lecture “The Future of Work”.

AI in day-to-day project work

How I use AI and agentic engineering in my daily work on software projects, and where the limits are.

Lateral leadership

Leading without formal authority, servant leadership and agile collaboration in teams.

Connected Car

Vehicle data, platforms and the EU Data Act from the perspective of someone who helps build such systems.

Formats

From a short keynote to a multi-day seminar.

Talk

One topic, clearly presented, with time for questions. From a short keynote up to 90 minutes.

Interactive format

The participants take part themselves instead of just listening. You will find an example further down.

Workshop

Half a day or a full day. The group works out its own results, while I prepare, facilitate and document.

Seminar

One or two days on one topic, with exercises on the participants' own projects.

Who it is for

I adapt content and language to the group's prior knowledge, on site or online.

  • Managers and executives who decide on the use of AI
  • HR teams and specialist departments that are to introduce AI
  • Project and development teams that want to improve the way they work together
  • Universities and educational institutions
  • Conferences and customer events

An example from practice

This is what an interactive format can look like: 90 minutes at Montanuniversität Leoben.

Talking about AI achieves little. Letting it fail in front of the participants achieves a lot. That is why I built a hands-on format for the guest lecture “The Future of Work”.

The participants apply to a fictitious company. An AI screening tool rates the applications live. At the end, everyone sees why it picked the wrong ones. This is followed by an interview with an AI that keeps digging.

I gave this lecture twice in 2026. In October, an AI-detection tool flagged 20 of 24 applications as machine-written.

Step 1

Apply

Everyone writes a short application to a fictitious company.

Step 2

The AI selects

An AI screening tool rates the applications live, in front of everyone in the room.

Step 3

The reveal

We look at what the screening actually based its decision on and why it picked the wrong ones.

Step 4

Interview and discussion

An AI conducts an interview and keeps digging. After that there is time for questions from the room.
